برنامجنا
نقدّم برامج علاجية مُصمّمة خصيصًا تتمحور حول بروتوكول متقدّم للعلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط، مُعدّ لشفاء الدماغ والجسم من الداخل. ويجمع مرفقنا المتطوّر بين نخبة من الأخصائيين الطبيين والرعاية الشخصية، مما يساعد العملاء على تحقيق تحسّنات إدراكية وبدنية والحفاظ عليها.

يستخدم المركز بعضًا من أحدث التقنيات الطبية من مختلف أنحاء العالم، بما في ذلك أستراليا وألمانيا والولايات المتحدة. وقد أُجريت أكثر من 70,000 جلسة علاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط، وعولج أكثر من 2,000 عميل بهذا البروتوكول حول العالم. وقد لاحظت الغالبية العظمى تحسّنًا ملحوظًا في أداء الدماغ والجسم بعد العلاج.

ومن خلال هذا المسار، قد يُنظر في تقديم الدعم لأطفال وعائلات مختارة يواجهون صعوبات مالية، وذلك للتقييمات العصبية وخدمات الرعاية ذات الصلة، رهنًا بمراجعة الأهلية وإجراءات الموافقة التي تنظّمها مؤسسة دي بي ورلد.
ويبقى فريقنا ملتزمًا بدعم المبادرات التي تحسّن إمكانية الوصول إلى الرعاية، وتعزّز رفاهية المجتمع، وترتقي بصحة الجهاز العصبي في أنحاء دولة الإمارات.

ومن خلال برامج ومبادرات مجتمعية مختارة، قد يُنظر في تقديم مسارات دعم للأطفال والعائلات المؤهَّلين فيما يتعلّق بالتقييمات العصبية والبرامج العلاجية، رهنًا بمعايير المراجعة والموافقة.
وقد يشمل نهجنا متعدّد التخصّصات علاجات وتدخّلات مثل العلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط، والتدريب العصبي الإدراكي، والعلاج الوظيفي، والعلاج الطبيعي، وذلك بحسب الاحتياجات السريرية لكل طفل وخطته العلاجية.
ويعكس البرنامج التزامًا مشتركًا بتحسين إمكانية الوصول إلى الرعاية العصبية المتقدّمة ودعم الرفاهية طويلة الأمد للأطفال في أنحاء دولة الإمارات.
سلّطت دراسة حديثة نُشرت في مجلة Nature Scientific Reports الضوء على البرنامج، مُبرزةً فعالية العلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط (HBOT) في علاج الأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة ما بعد الارتجاج المستمرة (PCS).
وقد وجدت الدراسة أن العلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط قد يساعد على إصلاح أنسجة الدماغ المتضرّرة وتخفيف الأعراض، مما يحسّن الوظائف الإدراكية والسلوكية.
كما وجدت الدراسة أن العلاج حسّن جودة الحياة العامة للأطفال المرضى المصابين بمتلازمة ما بعد الارتجاج، حتى بعد سنوات من الإصابة.
