نقدّم برامج علاجية مصمّمة خصيصًا، تقوم على بروتوكول متقدّم للعلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط صُمّم لعلاج الدماغ والجسم من الداخل. ويجمع مرفقنا المجهّز بأحدث التقنيات بين نخبة من الأطباء المتخصّصين والرعاية المخصّصة، بما يساعد عملاءنا على تحقيق تحسّنات ذهنية وبدنية والحفاظ عليها.

مركز التميّز الذهني والبدني — شركة تابعة لموانئ دبي العالمية هو مركز رعاية صحية متعدّد التخصّصات مقرّه دبي، يجمع تحت سقف واحد بين بعض أحدث التقنيات الطبية المتاحة اليوم ونخبة من المتخصّصين في الرعاية الصحية من مختلف أنحاء العالم. ونعمل كوجهة عالمية لرعاية طبية استثنائية بأعلى مستويات الخدمة والاهتمام، لتحقيق نتائج لافتة للمرضى وتحسين جودة حياتهم. وقد اختير الفريق والتقنيات المستخدمة في مرافقنا بعناية لتهيئة بيئة علاجية فريدة لا مثيل لها.
علم مثبت عالميًا ومدعوم بعقد من البحث العلمي
يستخدم المركز بعضًا من أكثر التقنيات الطبية تقدّمًا في العالم، من دول من بينها أستراليا وألمانيا والولايات المتحدة. وقد أُجريت أكثر من 70,000 جلسة علاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط، وعولج أكثر من 2,000 عميل بهذا البروتوكول حول العالم. وقد شهدت الغالبية العظمى منهم تحسّنًا ملحوظًا في أداء الدماغ والجسم بعد العلاج.

ومن خلال هذا المسار، يمكن النظر في تقديم الدعم لأطفال وأسر مختارة يواجهون صعوبات مالية، لتغطية التقييمات العصبية وخدمات الرعاية المرتبطة بها، وذلك وفقًا لمراجعة الأهلية وإجراءات الموافقة التي تحكمها مؤسسة موانئ دبي العالمية.
ويظل فريقنا ملتزمًا بدعم المبادرات التي تحسّن الوصول إلى الرعاية، وتعزّز عافية المجتمع، وترتقي بصحة الجهاز العصبي في أنحاء الإمارات.
يدعم مركز التميّز الذهني والبدني مبادرات الرعاية العصبية الموجّهة للأطفال واليافعين بالتعاون مع مؤسسة موانئ دبي العالمية.
ومن خلال برامج ومبادرات مجتمعية مختارة، يمكن النظر في تقديم مسارات دعم لأطفال وأسر مؤهّلين، تتعلّق بالتقييمات العصبية والبرامج العلاجية، وفقًا لمعايير المراجعة والموافقة.
وقد يشمل نهجنا متعدّد التخصّصات علاجات وتدخّلات مثل العلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط، والتدريب العصبي الإدراكي، والعلاج الوظيفي، والعلاج الطبيعي، بحسب الاحتياجات السريرية لكل طفل وخطته العلاجية.
ويعكس البرنامج التزامًا مشتركًا بتحسين الوصول إلى الرعاية العصبية المتقدّمة ودعم العافية طويلة الأمد للأطفال في أنحاء الإمارات.
ركّزت دراسة حديثة نُشرت في Nature Scientific Reports على البرنامج، وأبرزت فعالية العلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط (HBOT) في علاج الأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة ما بعد الارتجاج المستمرة.
ووجدت الدراسة أن العلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط يمكن أن يساعد على إصلاح أنسجة الدماغ المتضرّرة وتخفيف الأعراض، وتحسين الوظائف الإدراكية والسلوكية.
كما وجدت الدراسة أن العلاج حسّن جودة الحياة بشكل عام لدى الأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة ما بعد الارتجاج، حتى بعد سنوات من الإصابة.
