He has extensive experience overseeing healthcare and hospitality entities across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the Caribbean, and the United States. His primary areas of expertise include healthcare strategy and service delivery, international operations, hospitality services, and the provision of top-tier concierge and VIP medicine. With a passion for team coaching and engagement, Craig has successfully led large multicultural teams through operational activations, resulting in exceptional patient and caregiver engagement scores.
