Internationally Proven Science Backed by a Decade of Research
The Centre is using some of the most advanced medical technologies from around the world, including Australia, Germany, the United States. Over 70,000 hyperbaric sessions have been conducted, and over 2,000 clients have been treated with this protocol worldwide. The vast majority have seen a marked improvement in their brain and body performance after treatment.

As part of the DP World family, The Brain & Performance Centre supports community initiatives through the DP World Foundation.
Through this pathway, selected children and families facing financial hardship may be considered for support towards neurological evaluations and related care services, subject to eligibility review and approval processes governed by the DP World Foundation.
Our team remains committed to supporting initiatives that improve access to care, promote community wellbeing, and advance neurological health across the UAE.
The Brain & Performance Centre supports youth-focused neurological care initiatives in collaboration with the DP World Foundation.
Through selected programmes and community initiatives, eligible children and families may be considered for support pathways relating to neurological evaluations and treatment programmes, subject to review and approval criteria.
Our multidisciplinary approach may include therapies and interventions such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, neurocognitive training, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy, depending on each child’s clinical needs and treatment plan.
The programme reflects a shared commitment to improving access to advanced neurological care and supporting long-term wellbeing for children across the UAE.
A recent study in Nature Scientific Reports focused on the program, highlighting the effectiveness of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) in treating children with persistent post-concussion syndrome (PCS).
The study found that HBOT can help repair damaged brain tissue and alleviate symptoms, improving cognitive and behavioral function.
The study also found that the treatment improved the overall quality of life for pediatric patients with PCS, even years after their injury.
